Technology Framework

Setup and provide team training for BIM Authoring, Analysis and Collaboration Tools like Revit, Navisworks, Infraworks, Civil3d, BIM360 etc as per project requirements. Ensure appropriate Computers and Networking hardware is available.

Process - Planning and Monitoring

Ensure all team members are conversant with the firm’s Standard Operating Procedures. Explain how to access and use standard Libraries, Templates etc. Setup systems for plan and monitoring project progress. Define communications and collaboration protocols.

Revit ASMEPF Modeling

Revit is the most widely used BIM authoring tool. According to required BIM output, we can create simple models with lower LOD (Level of development) that generate Clash Detection reports; further, more complex models can produce Quantity Take-Offs, or even LOD 400 Fabrication Models to extract shop drawings and spools, as well as data rich LOD 500 models for 6D Facility Management purposes.
